Literary Evening “You and I were a couple”. On August 19th, a literary evening with Ljubica Arsić will be held at the Ivo Andrić House. 38th Herceg Novi Film Festival – Montenegro Film Festival. From August 23rd to 29th, Herceg Novi will host the 38th Montenegro Film Festival, bringing audiences more than 60 films across three competition categories and numerous special programs, all under the slogan “All the colors of film.” Screenings will take place at stunning venues such as Kanli Kula, the garden of the Ivo Andrić House, the Old Town, and Forte Mare fortress, with a strong focus on Montenegrin and regional productions, documentaries, student films, and a brand-new TV niša selection. The festival will also feature special screenings dedicated to legends of art and music, as well as the industry event “Montenegro Film Rendezvous”, gathering film professionals from across the region.
